Our story
Bite Me Bagels is a Maplewood/South Orange, NJ local business started by myself, Stephen Joseph. I have been serving up fresh bagels to the community since I became obsessed with the process mid pandemic, 2020. Our bagels are all handmade from scratch, using only the freshest ingredients, and all of our bagels are boiled and baked, giving them a light and fluffy texture and wonderful flavor. We are proud to offer 9 different flavors, including Rosemary Salt, Everything, Plain, Hot Salt, Onion, Poppy, Garlic, Sesame, and more. Our customers love our bagels for their unique flavor, their perfect texture, and the fact that they are made with quality ingredients and love. We strive to provide the best bagels in the area, and look forward to continuing to serve the community for years to come.
